T-1550 grey tank leak

Good afternoon And thanks ahead for any help. My wife and I picked up a T-1550 recently from a friend who had been the owner for the last 7 years. The last it was used was 2 years ago. Just this weekend we had taken the kids camping and I notice while my wife was cleaning the dishes there was water coming from below the sink... Quite a bit. Almost as much going on was coming out. I then tried the water in the shower and bathroom sink and they too continued to leak just below the kitchen sink. I opted to drain the grey water tank and only about 5 gallons came out. I let the area dry overnight and tried running the water from the above mentioned 3 locations and all managed to create the same leak. There is no water inside the cabin, just below the kitchen sink discharge. My question... Does anyone know how these models are plumbed and how I can go about accessing the area as there is a solid plastic barrier in the underside of the camper?

Kind of has to be where the fitting enters the tank or the tank it's self no way to have a look where it goes down to the tank fitting?
