Sunline Coach Co Acquisition

I have been researching Sunline Coach Co, And I have found info stating that it was acquired by the Sunline Acquisition Company, Ltd, and then Sunline Acquisition Company, Ltd, was acquired by Berman Sales, LLC. Does anyone have any info about Berman Sales, LLC? And was the Sunline Coach Co and Sunline Acquisition Company, Ltd the same company? My source of information came from this site,http://www.everkerr.com/transactions.php

I am looking for documented info only, I don't want to hear about rumors or other undocumented stories.

Sunline Coach and Sunline Acquisition Co. are two different deals. Sunline Coach is the original company, and they continued to hold on to the buildings, name, etc. Sunline Acquisition took over the intellectual property such as tradenames/trademarks, product line designs, the website, molds and patterns, and customer lists. The original company split in early '04 when they were bought out by the company that in turn, shut them down. The original owners retained Sunline Coach and the official name of the investors who bought into was Sunline Acquisition.

I have all my sources for this info. They may not be available online anymore, but I have all info documented. The above is just a summation of it. If you'd like to see any of it, let me know.

Jon

Sorry, the Berman Sales LLC part was totally new to me. I wonder what'll happen with the intellectual property stuff now.

Any new info Jon? With the slowdown in rv sales in general, my hope of Sunline being resurrected seems even more less likely. Still holding out hope someone in Sunline's past will step forward.
