Strangest Looking Thing Weve Seen!!
So, Cindy and I are rolling down some back roads of Northern Arkansas today and as we pass by this creation, we both burst out laughing. I locked up the brakes whipping the 2499TT around in the middle of the road just to be able to get a picture of this.
Can you imagine pulling into the campground with all those million dollar motor coaches pulling this Class C / 5er behind you??!?
Let me know if want to place any orders as I got the number to the guy who made this one. It was licensed and ready to roll down the road....LOL

I wonder if that rig would qualify in some of those fancy rv resorts as under 10 years old. I could see the gate guard now having mild coronary distress as you pulled in. You have to amire true American ingenuity.

Wonder if they have applied for a "patent" on that creation . What a waste of a MH, as the rig itself doesn't look like it is in too bad of shape. Well, I'm not gonna place my order for one just yet, give them a little bit more time to "fine-tune" the setup a bit more. Then it will be a reall tuff decision between this C/5er and my wonderful Sunny (Yeah. like that decision even needs a second of thought, NOT, NO WAY, NEVER )

Pat,
I think I'll wait a while. I'd rather have a Sunline anyway .

Apparently you have not spent a lot of time in northern Arkansas. I can assure you that you will find many other "strange" things up there.

I can understand it. Cheaper to add the hitch than to repair the engine and/or transmission, and the driver already had a pickup truck.

I wonder if they make a weight distributing hitch for that set up. You should see some of the contraptions that show up down here during the winter(snow birds). But I think that one takes the cake

I'm sure that is a joke, but I'd love to see it actually drive down the road
They probably would have trobule steering because of how far the front tires are off the ground

I have seen the first pic before. But never the other 2 which showed the 4 x 4 block of wood and the goose neck hitch on the tail gate.
IF they tried to turn, it looks like the 5'er would crash the back of the Blazer.
Hopefully this was a joke and not actually towed. However it would not be schocking if it was attempted....
I had an 89 S15 GMC Jimmy just like the one in the pic. Son still has it now. Wihile a great little truck something will break if used like the picture..... ya think
It was a good laugh though....
John

Sorry to say but it looks like there was too much work done reinforcing the tailgate to be just a joke. I mean the upside down hitch reciever, the carved block of wood, the chain drilled into the tailgate and the reese hitch bolted down.

Oh, I needed a good laugh. That RV/5er is awesome. Looks like something Jeff Foxworthy might talk about. I've spotted an old U-Haul (the big old Internationals) driving by my house several times with a slide in truck camper attached to it. He stripped off the old cargo box and has the camper up tight to the cab of the truck so there is a cargo area in the rear. The Blazer with the fiver is cool too. There are some real strange people out there.
