Hi,
Not sure which model camper you have, but here is the type Sunline would ship on the newer campers when the camper was ordered with the spare tire.
One on Amazon,

The same style on RecPro just lower cost & free shipping. The description states it includes the hardware and their video shows the U bolts for the bumper.

I have bought items from both places with positive outcomes.
Next is, where to mount the spare on the rear bumper? While you may see a lot of the campers going down the road with the spare dead center on the back of the camper, when it comes to a Sunline and they Sunline break away release bumper, the center is not always the best place to mount it as the whole bumper can twist bouncing down the road from the added weight of the tire.
Pending the model of the camper, it many times is better to slide the bracket over as close to the main trailer frame where the bumper attaches to the frame. This helps reduce the flexing stress that can come from being out in the center as the main frame rail helps support the tire better at that location. Naturally do not cover over the rear tail lights in the process.
And then there are some floor plan/models where it helps better if the tire is more on one side then the other. This is a unique issue with campers who have the bathroom in a rear camper corner. Some times, the main trailer frame is jogged to deal with the toilet dump pipe, and that main frame jog has a weaker rear bumper support on one side verses the other side.
And then there is the issue where a cargo door or a water heater is in the way and the spare cannot go in front of them. In these cases, you select the best of what you have to work with keeping in mind trying to stay closer the a frame rail, and just not the jogged frame rail of the rear corner bath floor plans.
If you need help sorting out where to mount the tire, tell us the model of your 1993 camper and post a pic of the back wall and we can help better.
Hope this helps
John
