Ron & Alice Visit Cedar Key
Cindy and I have had some more visitors from our Sunline Forum!!!!! YEAH!!!!
George and Judy were the first to visit,
George takes some time away from fishing to pose with Judy at the end of our dock during a beautiful sunset
and Ron and Alice are now staying with us enjoying our beautiful sunshine
I thought I'd post a little photo of Ron with some freshly caught Red Fish!
Ron, do you want to tell them the story behind these fish, or should I???

Nice photos. We'll be there on a day trip Tuesday morning to meet you all the Cedar Key Sunliners.
And what is the story bhind the red fish? Do they just jump into the windows of the Sunliners or do two come with every site rental? Looks great and we can't wait to see your 'LowKey'.

Hey Norm, we all went out to dinner a few nights ago and were talking about your visit. Looking forward to it and finally meeting you both in person.
I guess this means I'll have to go out and clean up the Camper so we can all go through it and see everything
It's a total mess right now due to taking things out of it and moving things around

Thanks for the consideration but we are very easy going and are impressed with your new venture. Next year we'll do our best to spend some time there particularly if we can't do it this year.
Please do nothing special for us though I do know that visitors can be an excuse to clean, sometimes the best reason to enjoy relative's visits.
I find that when we are stationary, things do not always endup where they belong for traveling.
I wish we had been there for the wedding pot luck.

P.S. anything any of you need for us to bring in from outside "the Cedar Key" world, we'll be going by a lot of stores on our way. I know you're a way off the main road.
I'm serious about this versus my usually silly self.

Thanks Norm, I'll go ask Alice and Ron if they need anything, but Cindy made the trip out off the island this morning to stock up on supplies.
Ron and Alice are up in an Airplane going for a ride over the islands right now, so as soon as they get back, I'll have her log on and check in
Thanks again for the offer

Well, thank goodness I am back online, for whatever time I don't know yet. Low Key's wifi is not strong enough for the RVs to pick up, but a fellow RVer (MH) next to us has let us into his own wifi system. But it is also sporadic (sp?) at best.
Ok, re the fish - Ron & our sil at home are always competing with each other, biggest tomato from their gardens, biggest potatoes, first to pick, biggest fish, etc, etc. So the soon-to-be bride & groom had been out fishing and caught the 2 redfish in the photo. I asked him if I could 'borrow' the fish for a "fish-photo" to send to our sil. Ron would really like to be able to catch something that size, but all the fish run away when they see him coming, lol!.
See you tomorrow Norm & Ginny. And we are fine with supplies, thanks. We will be leaving here on Wednesday, so will probably hit the big stores after that.

We visited Ron and Alice and Pat and Cindy at Low Key Hideway, enjoying an afternoon with four wonderful people in a charming location.
Every Sunliner driving the west coast of Florida should consider stopping by Cedar Key. Very different from every day Tourist Florida and a chance to visit with Pat and Cindy, two of our preeminent Sunline travelers.

It was great meeting Norm and Ginny and getting to pick Norm's brain on building a custom RV!! Cant wait to follow the build thread once it's under way
Just for the record, Norm is much taller in person than both Alice and I thought he would be from the forum...Not sure why we both thought he'd be short, but he's way taller than I thought.
But then again I'm only 5'5", so everyone is taller in person...LOL
