Power Jack

I'm looking for a power jack for the T2363 I just bought.I do have the motor from a 1991 1700.Would it be possible to use this on my new camper?

Not sure which year 2363 you have, but the *Empty* hitch weight of the 2003 2363 is 420lbs. The 1991 T-1700 had an *Empty* hitch weight of 325lbs...

You can never go by the empty weights. They are pretty useless. I would suggest that you measure the tongue weight on your 2363 and get an appropriately sized jack. There is a website HERE that shows you how to measure your tongue weight, using a bathroom scale.

It sounds like you have "something" from your older camper. You used the word "motor" from your 1700 but is that a full blown power tongue jack?

If so what rating does it have? Or if you do not know the rating, how about a brand and model number if it is a power tongue jack. We may be able to help find it on line if you can not.

If it is rated high enough and it was a power tongue jack then yes you can move it to the new camper. We are back to the rating first and then what is the loaded tongue weight.

Hope this helps

John
