New owner

First off, welcome to the club. Next, looks like a great purchase. Now tell us about the new toy and about yourself.

Dave

Well, it's a 85, the rear layout is two bunks, on running parallel with the rear wall, one runs on the side wall. And it has a fold down bunk that's good for what? Jehe

I bought from a guy that inherited it. So it was a flip. The last real owner took very good care of it, trailer has newer plumbing,
Water tank, black water tank, pump. Etc. It's dry as a bone, and the floor is sold. The Waterheater works, the heater works, the ac about gave me frost bite when I left it running and feel asleep. Temp about 80 outside. Fridge works good. What I like about this layout is the bunks, and the front bed is large, I fit good here at 6 4

I read about sunlines here when I was researching what to buy, I think the value and quality is very good for now, and these trailers can be picked up for a song.

Only plans are rip up the old floor and carpet, and do the whole trailer in a hardwood flooring. And maybe a paint job, I'll add a few photos

From your pixs, it's in good condition for an '85. Welcome to SOC!

Looks like an '85 T-2260, and quite an immaculate one at that! The interior looks all original!

Those are the original hubcaps as well!
