New to us - Tow Vehicle
We have been scraping by with our 1999 F-150 4x4 since spring but this week we pick up a 2001 Chevrolet 2500HD with 8.1L and Allison Transmission.
We have been traveling light, have had the set up weighed a couple times and have been just a little above the GCVW. With the new TV we won't have to skimp on the weight so much. Looking forward to our next comfortable outing

You certainly will have a capable vehicle with the 8.1! I've heard good things about that engine, though I haven't been around one before. Congrats!
