My Dealer and Sunline Warranty

I want to Thank My Dealer W.T.Family RV in Blakeslee, Pa. because of a letter they sent me, Because I purchased the Coach through them, (W.T.) they will Honor The 3 Year Sunline Warranty (Structure) on the Trailer.
Even though Sunline is not in Business.
They are doing this for those who purchased Sunline Trailers from them.W.T.
I have purchased every trailer that I have owned through them and This is what I call a Dealer that Stands behind what they sell, One of The Better Dealers that just don't wave to you as you drive off, but One that is there when you come back and need them.
Thank You W.T. Family RV, Barb, Paul, Kevin, Carol, for being there for me.

Wow, thats amazing! I haven't heard of a dealer offering such a long warranty on them. My local dealer was thinking about offering a one year warranty, but they weren't sure. There is a show this weekend, so I hope to go and I will try to find out what they offer. From the looks of their inventory online, they haven't sold many of their remaining Sunline's.

My dealer specifically said no warrenty on the 2007 Que I recently purchased, but for only $12,500 I think I got a very good deal.

Our dealer, Recreation World, in Annapolis, MD has stood behind our T-276SR, since we took delivery on 31 Oct 2006. Right before Sunline went out and we had several items that needed fixing on delivery and they have fixed them all. Fortunately, they were able to get the parts before the factory shutdown. MDfiregal and I are headed to the MD RV show this weekend, it should be interesting to see what's available.

I just got the same letter from WT Family RV for the trailer I bought from them last year. To bad I just traded it in for another Sunline that the dealer will only warranty for 1 year. Nice people at WT Family RV.

We bought ours from General RV in Wixom MI and they told us they would honor the 3 year warranty on anything that would go wrong.

Wade, the General Manager told us that in his years in the business, they've never had to do anything major with a Sunline and it's usually the mechanical stuff that goes wrong and thats covered under a seperate warranty anyway.

I think if a dealer cant warranty the product they sell, you should shop around.

I just got home from the RV Show here in SE Michigan and I made sure to ask someone about the warranty going with the new Sunline's left on their lot. They stated that a one year warranty would be included with the sale. Those of you who have bought from WT, you're very lucky!
