Correction! I misunderstood what the ranger at the RV show last year told me. The waste-water treatment plant is in the park itself. When it was installed, they knew it had to operate year 'round.
Outcome is the same - park is open. However, they do ask that you fill your onboard tank on arrival and not hook up to the water spigot during possible freezing temps.

We heard they'll even let campers who aren't staying there dump their tanks for no fee because the sewer treatment plant needs more "stuff " to work on
