Can't tell from the pics. The fender skirt looks interesting though...those from that time had the Sunline logo in them. It's hard to tell from this pic though.
It sure isn't a 1976. It may be a late '60's/early '70's, but so little is known about them that it's hard to know for sure. The pre-'74's had the front ends angled down and back, but this could be a very early one with unusual characteristics.
