Hot water heater wiring

I have been remodeling my 2005 t-2363 sunline solaris.
I had to take out the hot water heater to put in a new floor and took plenty of photos of the wiring which was lost due to phone crashing.
Does anyone have photos? Thank you

I had a 2005 T2363 all apart a year ago. Is this what you are looking for?

The 120 VAC wiring to the electric element

The 12 volt DC wiring on the 2005 T2363

The same heater in a 2007 T2499 going through restoration. Sunline used the same colors to attach to the Atwood colors as the 2005 T2363

On the 12 VDC wire colors.

Atwood Green to Sunline green = (neg) -12 VDC ground
Atwood White to Sunline white = Hot + 12 VDC run heater on electric element
Atwood Orange to Sunline yellow = Hot + 12 VDC run heater on gas
Atwood Blue to Sunline gray = + 12 VDC to gas ignition fault light

Hope this helps.

John

I have pics of two different 2005 T2363's water heater setup.

1. This camper I only inspected for a friend. I did not do any work on it. It appears the prior owner did a little modifying to the pump setup as Sunline normally did not install a suction strainer on the water pump.

2. This camper I helped a friend restore the camper. I did several upgrades to the heater, addressed leaking tank water fittings, changed the bypass valve setup to a 2 valve bypass, adding a winterizing kit, added a pump suction strainer, relocated the pump for easier access. I did not find a pic of the before Sunline install.

On the pump, the red wire that plugs into the pump head pressure switch, is the 12 VDC hot wire (+)

If you need more, ask away.

John
