Hershey RV Show

Anyone going? Hoping to read comments from those who attend regarding type and quality of RV's. I would love to attend but can't manage it this year.

That's it, Can't Remember Stuff! Actually should be CRA, Can't Remember Anything.
I looked the unit up, it is Everygreen and the towable is called Ever-Lite.
If it is there and anyone has any input, would love to hear it!
Thanks,
MM

hey everyone I made it to the show on friday, it was ok , the new trend is definitly smaller and lite weight or large and 5th wheel , all the stuff in between didnt really catch my eye , ( I think because I am sunline spoiled) I did how ever like those new Ever Lite campers by Ever green, i was surprised by how solid they were built and the goodys that they had on they , and they look nice too. but to be honest if I had to replace my sunline with some thing new I think I would lean towards a forest River product or another used Sunline! Its tuff being exstinct!!! Dan

Dan,

Thanks for the RV show report. I haven't been up there in over 5 years, maybe Gary & I can make it next year. But, then again, maybe it's a place I shouldn't take him or he might get upgrade "fever", he already has "mod" fever. I believe 'if' we do decide to upgrade years down the road it will be into a 5th wheel (probably a used higher end model) But it sure is fun to go "window shopping".

Kitty

We usually find that looking at other manufacturer's units just confirms how much we love our Sunline

We went to the Hershey RV show on Thursday. We were disappointed by the few number of vendors inside. However, we did find a couple of great things - one was a wire lower back support ($8.00) that can be used on any chair, couch or car. It is very comfortable.

The other thing we bought were LED lights (#T33 w/24 LEDs) to replace the spotlight bulbs over the bed and in the living area and 2 flat round LC006-BA15S-24 LEDs in the living area (can get either bayonet or wedge adapter) to replace 1383/1141/1003. The spotlights over the bed are really great for reading in bed with hardly any use of the battery. We have 4 lights over the table in our T2499 (we had added 2 extra) and replaced the middle two with the LEDs. If on electric we just turn on all 4 lights but if on battery and need to conserve we can use just the 2 ceiling LEDs and the 2 spotlights with LEDs. It is a different kind of light with LEDs - directional and not overall, but will work good when needing to conserve battery power.
