Hi Bowles,
Welcome to Sunline Owners Club!
It sounds like you have discovered water damage on a camper you where told was OK. This was unfortunate it happened. Many times the prior owner may have not known they even had a problem even. We can help but we cannot see what you are up against. If you can post some pictures they go a long way here to help explain the problem. The key to a water infection fix is to make sure you found the leak source before doing a lot of repairs.
We may not have your exact model that has gone through a water repair but we do have many that have done water repair and the repair techniques do apply regardless of floor plan.
Rich mentioned searching, this Google Custom Search for our website will help better then the embedded search engine on our site.
