Gs rsa

Well Hello fellow campers, We have just received a renewal notice from GS RSA and, while we enjoy to peace of mind having the coverage, we are glad we have not needed it. I am just wondering what fellow Sunline owners think of GS RSA. I try finding reviews on line but it is all very confusing. Do you think it is worth the $112.95 to renew. Being in Canada it will be quite a bit more with exchange. I look forward to the thoughts you have.

Hi Ted,

I had to stop and think what GS RCA was... OK got it. Good Sam Road Side Assistance.

We have it and have had it for the last 13 years. Never used it yet. So why do I still have it?

For the bad day that happens, way away from home with a break down that I cannot fix myself at that time. That said I have had my share of "stuff" to fix on the truck in the campground while on the road. The latest episode was miss firing under heavy pulling. Seems there is this one long strength in eastern PA it just acts up. I "think" it is a COP problem under higher heat. Anyway I'm hanging out of the hood of the truck fiddling with it.

On the camper, I had a hot brake once, I crawled under and un-adjusted it to get going. And then there was my failing tire saga on the camper a few years ago. I caught them all just before the blew.

Point is, stuff for sure happens. At this point the GS RCA is like an insurance policy for me. You have it for the bad day out there and prayer it never comes. But if it does, this makes it all that much easier. For us, it makes sense.

Hope this helps

John
