Going to be a owner of a SOB

Over the last two summers we have had our 1996 T2363 parked on a seasonal site here in Wapakoneta Ohio. Well after three great years of owning our Sunline we have decided to upgrade. Our campground has made us a very good deal on a beautiful 2007 39' Conquest so we are trading the sunny. It was just to good of a deal to pass up and it gives us a lot more room. If anyone is interested in picking up a good 1996 T2363 our old one is at Glacier Hills Lakes campground. 11675 Wapak-Fryburg Road, Wapakoneta Ohio 45895. The phone is 419-738-3005. She is in good shape and would make a great starter unit for someone. I plan on sticking around this site...Way to many great people to drop out and the help that has been provided by all is very much appreciated.

Thanks Nana...It will be nice having the additional space. I have to admit it was difficult giving up our Sunline. We really liked our T2363 and never really had any serious issues. Almost hard to believe a 18 year old camper that did not have any water damage and all of the appliances worked. Sunlines really are a very well built unit, to be honest the quality of the cabinetry is better in the Sunline than the
Conquest we bought. As for this group...I cannot say enough good things...We were brand new to rv's and frankly did not know anything about them. Thanks to this group I had a dependable accurate resource when needed. There are some very good people in this group.

Well the dealer sold our old T2363. I had a chance to speak to the new owners and told them about this site. I am hoping they log in and join the site. It would be nice to help them out if needed and kind of keep track of the Sunny. We love the space in our new rig but still miss the Sunny.

Congrats on selling you 2363. In April I stayed in Wapakoneta on my first night out in my SOB. Enjoyed the Neil Armstrong Museum. I was always a small trailer guy, but the extra room is nice, enjoy.

MM,
Were you at the KOA here in Wapakoneta? If you ever get back in the area let me know. The Eagles here has the best Bacon Cheeseburger and Onion Rings around. I would b glad to treat and meet a fellow SOB.
We really do miss the Sunline but I have to agree with you, the extra room is really nice. We bought a Conquest 38BRS by Gulfstream. It has all the conveniences of a home and tons of storage space.

Mike,
Yes we were at the KOA April 10,11. Loved your down town, lots of little shops, people were great. Found a pretty good ice cream shop on a triangle as I recall, yummy. The Neil Armstrong Museum was well worth the stop. I found out latter that the Mansfield prison is open to the public where they filmed Shawshank. I can't believe I missed that. Will have to go back to that area to see that. I will watch that movie anytime I am channel surfing. Must of seen it 20 times, lol. Well off to install a fence post sleeve under the SOB to hold the stinky slinky.
Regards,
MM

MM,
Wapak is a very nice little community and you are right about the downtown area. There are tons of antique and craft shops here not to mention a really nice art center.
The Ice cream place was probably Max's. It sits right on a triangle intersection of the main road into town. If you ever get back this way make sure to let me know. We have a couple of great meat markets here and the steaks are great. You would be welcome out at our campsite (or yours) for a steak and a campfire.

Mike,
That was it Max's. Will be in touch if we get there again, thanks for the invite. Love a good steak. Hopefully in a couple years we will have more time to take the longer trips to see this beautiful country. Lord willing and gas not at $10 a gallon.
Regards,
MM
