Goin' to Texas

Barring any unforseen stuff Jan and I will be Texas bound in the new F250, Sunline in Tow, by the weekend.

Fredericksburg (German food, Pacific War Museum, music), Luckenbach (music and beer), Kerrville (history and quilting), Galveston (food, fishing, help restore electronic equipment on USS Cavalla, WWII Submarine) and other hopefully warm places.

Looks like a bit of rain some days but daytime temps in the 60s and 70s.

We really like the Texas Hill country. Lots to do and very nice people. Lots of great old cars too. I'll post photos.

Haven't had it on the road yet John. I'll let you know. Not supposed to tow heavy until I have 1000 miles on it. Going to daughters in St. Louis tomorrow to get it over that hump.
