Another member joining the SOB club

It is with great regret and trepidation that we made the move to SOB status. On our last camping trip in October, we had more trouble with the sides pulling away from the body and decided it was time to start looking for another rig. We hated to trade the old girl in, but didn't see much choice.

After many shopping trips and perusing the web we brought home a 2011 Coleman Model 270HB, 29' bunk house that sleeps 9. No slide outs, but it's seems roomy enough for us. We added a power jack so no more cranking. It's been very well taken care of and looks almost brand new.

We went to Fretz in Souderton, PA, a 255 mile trip one way. They were great to work with and we made the entire deal in one trip.

Her maiden voyage will be to Buttonwood this spring with Chumlee in tow. Hope to see you all there for the grand tour.

Steve and Diana

Thank you John B & Tom & Deb for the kind words...we really hated to get rid of the Advancer after all the work we did to it ,but the outside couldn't take much more gorilla tape lol.we did talk to 2 RV dealerships about them repairing the front and the advised it wasn't worth the cost and gave us no warranty on their work...it was time to get rid of it.....hopefully this 1 last us a good many years..................steve
