The biggest one that will fit! There are only a hand full of battery manufactures in the US every thing else is rebranded so it's had to say. I would look for the best warranty they generally are a better battery. Interstate and other offer warranty country wide so that also may fit into the plan.

Battery

Sorry, not a big fan of Interstate. I've had 3 of them in my PT Cruiser and all were bad in a short matter of time. And, yes I had the entire electrical system checked. The batteries all had bad cells. I have to try another brand. Thanks for the response.
Anyone else?

There are others some auto parts stores like NAPA and Car Quest offer national replacements WalMart does also. Batteries are all around $100 now and 5 years is about it Torgan makes top line batteries they are not cheap.

Battery

I have a good idea where to buy, just wondering what other people with a similar unit have been using. Thanks!

I have two in mine one is a rebranded the other is a Car Quest. The one the Car Quest replaced was 5 years old. Stay away from a hybrid just get a good deep cycle. There is no real way any more to even tell who really made the battery. The only way to test a new battery is pick it up and buy the one that weights the most. The current out put varies with battery size pretty much every group 24 is rated the same, a group 27 will have a greater amp hour rating than a 24 but again they are pretty much the same out put no matter who sells them. The next step up would be a AGM at close to twice the price. That pretty much is why I have no preference as to who's name is on them.

Battery

I think I'll just pick up a good deep cycle and go with that. The one in there now is just about toast. I had to replace a ton of frozen stuff last summer and don't want to go through that mess again. The battery was so low that it didn't have the power to start the gas part of the refrigerator. Soooo We lost every thing in the refrig. Uck.

No slide on the camper so, we'll see what happens with a deep cycle battery.
Thanks for the reply.

Once you have the new battery in place it would be a good ideal to check the charge voltage both plugged in and connected to your TV. The fridge takes very little current to keep it running and even down to 10 volts it still should work not saying you don't have a bad battery but it would not be fun to install a new battery and have it go dead too.
