T 2475 sunline solaris water issue

New camper owner...we are trying to hook up cold water to trailer...when we attach hose and turn on the water...it is dripping out of the two hoses underneath the bottom in the back end...behind the black tank. We opened the line to see if the grey water tank is full and we think it is....we even put some water in the holding tank and when we turn the water on in the kitchen the drain water is coming out of those hanging hoses...i believe they are the overflow drains...so why is the happening? any ideas? thanks

Those are the low point drains for winterizing, the valve needs to be flipped the other way. In our camper right above them inside the camper, there is a valve for each pipe.

Some turn some push, pull if it just turns around and around try pushing it down. You probably have 4 or 5 valves hot/cold and a tank drain. Your hot water tank may have bypass valves on the plumbing pipes while you are looking for your drain valves turn the bypass valve inline with the tank do not light you water tank until you are sure it is full.

Do you know if you have pull pins somewhere in the hot and cold water lines? They are used to drain the lines in preparation for winter. If they are left open and the water is turned on, water will flow out of those lines. Not sure if this is your problem, but you might want to check to see if you have the pull pins somewhere and if they are closed. I have a 1984 24' tag along Sunline and mine are located behind the drawer underneath the oven in the kitchen.

I have the same trailer with the same problem, and the water still leaks no mater what way you turn the vakves

If the water is leaking out down to the ground no matter which the low point drain valve is turned then the valve is most likely bad. Note Sunline used a couple different valves depending on the location of the low drain. Some were just a standard on/off valve, this was used at the end of the pipe, these only turned 90°. They also used a 3 way valve, this was used in the middle of a pipe and looked like a "T" it rotates 180° between the flow through or drain positions.
