I came up with:

75 21 18 for Lat
40 32 2 for Long

But I can't remember the correlation between Lat Long, + / -, and N S E W :oops:

Try Using this Lat/Long conversion site (https://www.cosports.com/index.php/tool/tools/latlong) to convert the Lat = -77.3550; Long = 40.5339
