Our fifth wheel has that exact same switch. It's on the wall, by the shower. Turning it on will turn on the light in the restroom. Our F-311 and T-320 also had the same switch and they also turned on...

The bathroom light has a switch on it. Try turning the bathroom light on with it's own switch and then flip the red switch... It's meant to let you know if someone is already in the bathroom...
