We did not buy it to restore it. We bought it for the parts. It took a while, but we got it done!

BTW: Even having been rolled and massive structural damage, it held up to our winter!

I'm not sure if this will help, but I have a 1980's era converter box in my garage and the fuses (If memory serves) were behind an access panel, inside the converter box itself.
