Did you have a typo there? The old 921...

Did you have a typo there? The old 921 incandescents drew 1.4 amps each (18 watts).

Where was the 0.20 amps from?

Yes, it should be. Sunline followed the industry standard color codes on the DOT lighting to the "RV" industry standards. Note, this is not the trailer industry standard. They flip a few colors...
