Round magnet with broken wires.

I'm attaching pictures.
This may be a Kelsey Hays magnet, not sure.
Dexter Axle, 10' drum, 1-1/2 inch shoes.
Need to know where to find a new magnet.
Is this retainer in the pic just a plastic...
