Well I have looked in all the places that could have a drain from this tank and nothing! I got under it and found nothing. I opened up all cabnet doors that the tank is behind, I can see the fill...

Thank You Kitty and thanks for the info on the roof. I got up there and fixed the tank vents today. The water lines make sense. I will replace that one. I still have not found a fresh water tank...

I have two hose conections on the side of my t 3200 1984
I know the one says fresh water ( Drinking ) on the outside the other one is rusty. Picture attached.
