Jim somehow that tester did the trick, i plug it...

Jim somehow that tester did the trick, i plug it in to the GFI then pushed the reset on GFI, and it held ? thank you ! :p

T-1550, i am pluged it to my house, my inside and outside plugs don't work, i cant do a reset of the GFI with the breakers on, i turn off the breakers and do a reset then turn on the breakers and it...
