I've had good luck with Happy Camper. It's green also. Haven't been able to find it at RV dealers but readily available online.

I'd be up on the roof checking sure the black tank vent is clear. Somethings when we let the black get to full vent pipe can get clogged. Another thing that can happen is the vent pipe can slip down...
