Don't forget about considering tire pressure...

Don't forget about considering tire pressure monitors. They can give you security and save you allot of grief. It only takes one incident to pay for them.

I can't really help you on the wheel well liner. If it's ABS plastic and you have most of the pieces you might be able to repair it with Plisti-Mend
That is the reason I use TST tire pressure/heat...
