I would think you could get the square clamps at any home improvement store, or perhaps at your local trailer or RV dealer- they appear to be the same size as the ones that hold on the bumper-mounted...

I used the spraypaint (Wally World) for plastics, and it worked like a charm- and doesn't rub off like regular spray paint does (on plastic).
