Yeah a standard 1/2" flex hose does help a lot...

Yeah a standard 1/2" flex hose does help a lot with the noise. My pump is mounted on a foam pad and along with the accumulator I not really sure when it's on!

A silencer in a low pressure water system is really a waste of time it's only for banging pipes when a valve is closed. An accumulator is big plus in an RV and well worth the effort. I have a 2...
