Should be a metal plate riveted to the frame by...

Should be a metal plate riveted to the frame by hitch connector and under the sill plate by the door (the plate has to be removed to see it).

Indeed there is one under the threshold plate...

Indeed there is one under the threshold plate found that out when I did the carpet in mine the other day!
