Yes the vent has a tube through the vent frame...

Yes the vent has a tube through the vent frame but no wires (well mine did not) so I just tapped into a light that was quite close. Looks like yours will be an easy install.

No Mack C85's post. I do have a fantastic fan it works super and draws little power on low. The rain sensor would not really be necessary with a cover but that is the way it came and I have no cover...

I agree with the rain sensor, it does work well and is fine if you are not around but it does cycle and will drive you nuts in a light rain because it opens and closes I bought mine on sale and...
