Yep melted lens are a dead give away of power...

Yep melted lens are a dead give away of power draw and inefficiency most of the light bulbs power draw is lost to heat.

These are G4 base 15 chip LED's The fixtures are custom made I thought I would modernize a little bit and get rid of the plastic stuff. I would say they are all most as bright as a 10 watt halogen...
