Thanks for the tip. I read your post and went right out to the camper, made the adjustment and bingo. cover slides on and off easier.
Just brought the one tank in one notch on that top clamp...

I have the standard propane tank cover, didn't order the upgraded one.
Also have the electric tongue jack option.
