I just tried it again 3 times
Each time after entering a title & clicking submit, a box saying "click here to upload pix" in red appears then the browse choice after clicking it ????

Hey, I'm the last guy to answer any tech questions but after some practice I found it fairly simple:
When I click on lg "Photos" tab @ top of every page, "recently updated albums" appears. Below it...
