Yeah, all of them I've had, including my 2007 (which granted is ducted), you have to run the fan for any type of circulation. No vent capacity with it.

If you have the access cover plate on the ceiling, then it's wired for it, and the framing should be sufficient for it.

I'd look at a Dometic unit, and either 11,000 or 13,500 BTU will be plenty...
