That's a very nice boat! I really like the classic fiberglass boats, especially the late '50s Glastrons. They are certainly a labor of love, just like RVs, but no where near that of a wooden boat!

Yup, I have heard the A/C units have a thick foam...

Yup, I have heard the A/C units have a thick foam seal that goes on the roof. The new unit should come with a new seal, I would think.

This is what I've always used to seal the seams of aluminum...
