I'm not sure why it's so rare. I guess maybe because it is somewhat dark, and people wanted something lighter for a small space.

Of the 65 VIN'd coaches I know of with interior colors, only 7...

Just so you know, Brown Toffee was the rarest color for 2005. It may be a little while before you find one...
