Yes it is still for sale. Entire new roof, completely renovated bedroom from floor to ceiling with new walls, ceiling and floor. Original cabinets used and modified with pass through nightstands. New hot water tank (electric and gas) and water pump. Bed raised a few inches to allow for more storage. Installed new faucets throughout, new curtains and valances, cushions and couch fabric removed and cleaned, new shades installed, new tires and rims, new battery box, new shower door, new toilet seat, new TV bracket in bedroom, additional outlets and reading lights added in bedroom, and probably a few more mods I cannot think of at the moment.
