This is the start of our renovation and water damage fix.

Still have some good rafters.
The front is also rotten.
The water damage is from top to bottom and everything has to go.
The floor under the bed disintegrated in your hands.
You can see that the water damage is bad!
Had to replace rafters.
Complete reframing of the walls, especially the corner.
Water damage was from top to bottom.
Removal of the roof.
This was the issue with water damage that the roof was poorly maintained.
