Chocolate Mug Cake

Great recipe for trailering when you get a craving for chocolate cake.

5-MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 T flour
3-4 T sugar
2 T cocoa
1 egg
3 T milk
3 T oil (try applesauce instead of oil)
3 T chocolate chips (optional)
splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in milk and oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips, if using, and vanilla extract, and mix again. Put mug in microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over top of mug. Allow to cool a little, and tip onto a plate if desired.

Very impressed by the recipe. I didn't know that the microwave could do cakes.
