Well, if you need your shopping or tourist traps, or tons of activities - do not come here. On the other hand, if you want lots of peace & quiet, only 34 sites, right on the St. Johns River with fantastic views & sunsets - you will love it here!
With your site ($325/m), you get free wifi, cable, & washing machines. You do have to pay for the dryer, tho'. The only activity we are aware of is Wed. morning coffee & donuts. But this is old Florida, quiet & friendly!
