Sorry if I came off the wrong way. You are correct, stealing is wrong, no matter what. No arguement there. Drinking on public property is illegal in RI. Not a campground rule, it is illegal. To me, if you choose to drink there it won't bother me at all, but even if you are quiet and responsible about it, you still broke the law. The example it sets for kids is: It's OK to break the rules sometimes. The circumstances involved may be beyond the understanding of the kid out at 3am, or he may jsut not care.

Again, not trying to rile anyone up or pick a fight, just stating an opinion, and that's the last I'll say on the subject.
