RV Park St. Louis

I posted in the General thread, then realized I probably should have put my question here. We are going to St. Louis in March for the NCAA Div 1 Wrestling Championships. We are looking to stay in the St. Louis RV park which is in the downtown area. We thought we would take our bikes along to travel back and forth to the Center which is located by the Union Station. The RV park is about 10 blocks away. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the RV park and also if our thought of traveling back and forth by bike is a safe and practical idea. Of course that is considering the weather in March. We've been in St. Louis quite a few times for past Championships and have had a variety of weather conditions. Of course we're hoping for sunny warm skies! We live in Western PA and sunny skies are a rarity during the winter months.

St. Louis RV Park

An update to my own posting of last year. We stayed at the RV Park and it was adequate for our needs. We could have taken our bikes, but security would have been a concern at both ends. We walked back and forth, but not after dark. The people are very friendly and helpful, the showers were clean, and we are going to stay there again this March. Not where I would go for a vacation spot, I prefer State Parks, but if you are visiting St. Louis, it works quite well. But.....it is a parking lot, surrounded by a fence, but not necessarily level. Just so you are not surprised!
