Teardrop wanted
I'm looking for a small teardrop to boondock in. I need a galley in back with storage for stove, cooler, water jug, kitchen gear. No A/C, TV, stereo. Propane and 12V not necessary either.
Everybody makes luxury 'drops nowadays.
Thanks,
Wright Ellis

Check on the tnttt.com teardrop forums. Everyone there is making their own, but I'm sure there is some for sale.

WoW Teach! I sure didn't figure you guys to be such adventurers! Good luck in your hunt and future travels! Wish I could still do it..I had one of my vans outfitted for such trips and had such fun..spent two weeks in it once with a cousin. Lots of things to see that weren't available toting that trailer! Be safe and have fun...Janalee

Nice to hear from you,

Sure! Have one? Wanna sell?
I'm really looking to be free of "systems." I don't want to mess with electricity, especially.
I have a buddy who found (in the woods) a 1960s-era, 13 foot trailer with a propane reefer, stove, radiant heater and gas lights. It has a hand pump at the sink and a foot pump for the toilet (no shower). It is wired for AC interior lights via a 20A power cord if power is available. It has a single 30# propane tank on the tongue. Dinette at one end, couch at the other. Other than the hole in the roof and subsequent water damage, it is my perfect trailer.

I have a cute Sunspot I've been working on for the last few years whenever I get a moment and have decided I may decide to part with it for the right price. They are so rare and so darn cute. If interested, I can send pictures.

T@B they built super tear drops. I'm sure there are used ones out there. There was a couple camping in one towed by a BWM Mini next to us little tiny thing basically a waterproof tent. Don't know who made that one but there dozens of users groups and several do it yourself plans.

I'm trying to avoid those kinds of trailers. TVs, radios, microwaves, 12V coolers, etc. And it has to be fairly cheap as this is a one-man trailer. My wife will not be along when this rolls.
A buddy has my "perfect trailer" sitting in his back yard, but it's too far gone. What makes it a perfect trailer is no 12V system. It's all propane: interior lights, stove and radiant heat. The freshwater system is pressurized and has a back-up foot pump for the sink and commode. No bedroom. Dinette at one end, gaucho at the other. No shower, just a water closet with a toilet.
So barring finding a trailer like that, I'm looking for a bed with outside kitchen on wheels.

I'd love to have a Sunspot!! It's that "right price" I'd have trouble getting by the missus. If you decide to sell let me know. I may have to cash in all my kitchen points, become a vegetarian and learn yoga to get a Sunspot.
My email is awellis3@verizon.net.
Thanks,
Wright Ellis
