Spare Tire Cover
I'm looking to replace the spare tire cover on the back of my 1993 Sunline. It is cream color (maybe once was white?) and has the Sunline logo in the center. Anyone know where I could find one?
Thanks,
Sarah

Sarah,
DON'T THROW OUT THE OLD COVER! The logo on the cover will peel off very carefully. Pick a nice day when it's in the sun (keep the cover on the tire for now) and take a chair. Have a seat and start at one corner, working your way over. Make sure you take something (not paper) to stick the logo parts on. I did this with the Sunline cover on my 1550 and was able to save the whole logo. Try not to break the logo into too many pieces, and then you could just buy a new polar white cover to stick the logo on. You may need to use some extra adhesive.
I don't think you could find a new Sunline cover, but who knows.
Jon
P.S. I think there is a pretty good chance that your cover was originally bright polar white. Anything not painted white yellow's pretty quickly.

I would love to get the Club Logo available on a tire cover for my 2363. This would show support for both Sunline and the club. I think I actually prefer the club logo myself.
Maybe for a few extra $$$ it could be customized with your name, phrase or home state.
I just could not bring myself to use the factory cover yet. I bought a ADCO cover instead of using the factory cover.
My thoughts anyway.
Mike

Mike,
I can see why you didn't want to use your Sunline cover. I decided to take off my Sunline cover from my 2363 when I sold it last September, replacing it with a plain white one. I didn't think Sunline would go out of business only two months later, so I'm glad I kept it. That was a 14", and I bought a 15" from General RV when they had an extra sitting on the shelf, so I can pretty much cover any spare on any Sunline I get!

Great idea. I'm going to try and remove the logo. It is in good shape and I think will come off easily to be placed on a new cover. It's not the cream color of the current one that bothers me, it is simply disintegrating at the top and bottom. It may not last the season! But 15 seasons for a spare tire cover, especially when the camper is stored outside all winter is OK with me.
