1983 Sunline-running lights

I have to replace one of the running light fixtures from the top back of my 1983 Sunline and can't find it anywhere. Any suggestions? The fixture has four ( 2 white and two colored) wires and all the fixtures I have found have only 2. The bulb holder broke off when I was replacing bulbs.- the fixture was OK otherwise.
Also, does anyone know where to find a black water tank for the same camper?

Could you please include model number? The black water tank vary in size relevant to model if I remember correctly.

I will have to crawl under and check if you want tank number, if you want camper model , I need to know that. I am off camping until the 20th .
