I'm not sure what to tell you, I'm surprised you haven't had any interest at all. It definitely seems like the market is all about deals now though, and that's where all the interest is.
I missed out on an '86 Sunline listed for $450 last Friday. Needed some work, but it was fairly clean and usable. Someone showed up, bought it, and then the same exact trailer was re-listed with new pictures and a new seller by Sunday evening at $2450. I don't even want to know how many people contacted her about it, probably a lot.
I had a similar experience tonight- a friend has been looking for a small lawn tractor. Found one for him just posted today with all sorts of attachments for a great deal. He calls the guy, makes an appointment for 8:00, and I agreed to go with him. We turn into his neighborhood at 7:55 and the guy texts to say that he just sold the tractor...a pickup with it in the back literally followed us out to the main road. Sure, there are dozens of tractors out there for 3x the cost and less issues, but everyone gravitated to the cheap one.
