1994 T-2770 near Tampa FL

I posted an ad in Wanted looking for a newer SR model and this is tied in obviously. We are looking to sell our t-2770. You can of course see the photos on our album at

Over all it is in good shape. All apliances work. It is very clean and has never been smoked in. Has tires less than 2 years old.

It does have a soft spot in the wood under the bathroom vanity and the awning will need to be replaced sooner than later. We are asking $3500 for it. I'm sure you guys will let us know if that's reasonable heheh.
